30-Day Return/Refund Policy

1. Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your game. 

2. Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.

3. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods. You will only be refunded for the cost of the game after we factor in shipping costs. (EX: If you pay $75 and shipping costs us $15, you'll be refunded $60. Total cost - shipping = refund amount) 

4. Refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged, or used under any circumstance. (These actions cause failure to meet our standard of "Good Condition(s)") 

5. To initiate the return/refund process, please email us at team@tossitgame.com within 14 days of receiving your game. 

Return/Refund Process

If the above criteria have been met and your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping label for you to print out and use to return the package. Once we receive the package at our location, we will inspect it to ensure that everything is still in good condition. If we deem that everything is good, then we will issue a refund (Excluding shipping costs) on the same payment method used to purchase the game. (Please keep in mind that refunds can take some time to be processed by your bank or credit card company). If our inspection yields results of damages, we will not issue you a refund in any amount. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the game is damaged beyond use. We'll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.

(Damaged beyond use meaning one or multiple tossing bags being ripped open or the game mat is ripped unusually. We will likely ask for pictures of the damage to better evaluate the situation.)

Thank you for your support in TOSS IT! Just as a reminder, we are a brand new and very small business. We are working hard to figure everything out while still working/participating in sports/attending school! We'll do our best to sort out any issues you have but we can only do so much without putting ourselves out of business and/or absolutely exhausting ourselves.
